In order to book a booth for your event we need to receive a completed booking form along with a $300.00 deposit. Full payment is to be received 5 business days before the day of your event.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason it must be done 30 days prior to your scheduled event in order to receive a full refund on your deposit. Any client cancelling after that may forfeit their deposit. Again though, we wish to deal with all of our clients in good faith and if we are able to re-book your cancelled timeslot, we will refund your money.
